What if I Was Never Served With Any Papers?

If you were never served with any papers, the court may have ordered a “default judgmentOpens new window order against you. You may be able to have the default and judgment canceled (called "set aside"). But you must act as soon as you find out that there was a default and judgment for support. If you don't act soon, the court may refuse to set the judgment aside.
